MACHINED PROTOTYPE

We machine the fully functional parts directly into the material intended for the final product, both in plastics and in metallic materials. The main objective that this technology pursues and fulfils is to achieve prototypes as similar as possible to the final product.

MOLDE-SILICONA

VACUUM CASTINGS WITH POLYURETHANE RESIN (SILICONE MOULD)

We manufacture single pieces or small series using this technology. We work with the main materials used for the series in plastic pieces offering the same finishes. We also have the capacity to copy finished mould textures.

We develop our own processes to achieve the finishes found in serial productions such as mirror polishing, mould engraving or 2k overmoulding.

MOLDE-PROTOTIPO

PROTOTYPE MOULD

Economical moulds for injecting plastic materials and producing small series at low costs. Thanks to our production capacity we can deliver the first validation samples in just 20 working days. We can also produce series in aluminium or zamak and finish the parts if they need machining, adjustments or surface finishes.

ESTAMPACION

SHEET METAL STAMPING AND WELDING PROTOTYPE

We manufacture prototypes in stamping of prototype sheet, from the matrix to the necessary units for your projects.

We can also deliver sheet metal parts with the adjustment or assembly components welded in position.

ASSEMBLIES

We make the assemblies in our facilities. We have 1,000 m2 to carry out assemblies, finishes and retouches to ensure that your project ends successfully.

In addition, all the space is prepared to ensure the confidentiality of your projects.

IMPRESION-3D

ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING

We have at our disposal the main technologies for manufacturing prototypes by additive manufacturing processes.

Natural polyamide and with different types of load, as well as TPU with a hardness of about 70 – 80 shore A.

Different photopolymer resins with different properties (transparency, mechanical resin, etc.).

We have a wide variety of materials.

Various photopolymer resins with various mechanical properties and elastimeters, and a resolution of up to 16 microns per layer. This technology is ideal for parts that require precision.

Ideal for parts made in 3D printing that must have an isotropic behavior of the material.
