PROCESSINGS
We apply different surface processings to the prototypes. The choice of one type of finish or another may be due to different reasons: aesthetics, temperature conditions to which the prototype will be exposed, the material used in the manufacture…

PAINTING
We work with different colour ranges: it can be a RAL colour like one from the Pantone range, or even a specific colour code.
Through painting we have the ability to give the prototypes a glossy, satin, matt finish, different textures …
LASER ENGRAVING
The laser engraving gives the product a plus of personalization.
When we refer to laser engraving we focus on two ways of engraving: on material and on paint.
We can engrave from logos, references or texts to finish pieces.
POLISHING
With this finish different effects are produced in the prototype: from giving it more shine to eliminating any visible trace of the construction of the prototype.
We are specialized in mirror polishing, focused on pieces with transparency and high aesthetic quality, and in optical polishing, also destined to pieces with transparency and that require uniformity in the reflection.
SILKSCREEN
Unlike engraving, no material is removed. Instead, material is added to the surface of the workpiece.
It is a technique of printing on material consisting of the transmission of ink through a mesh stretched in a frame.
VINYL
Just as the silkscreen applies paint on the prototype, the vinyl adds a layer of adhesive material to the object.
The vinyl’s properties include malleability, which makes it easy to manipulate, and high durability.
It is a technology with multiple applications. It mainly allows you to add lettering, specific colours to a material or to add logos to an object.
SHOT BLASTING / SANDBLASTING
Shot blasting is a process in which particles of different thicknesses are precipitated against the surface of the material.
It is a surface finishing technique that offers a high degree of cleanliness and allows a correct surface finish to be achieved.
The finish achieved will be different depending on the thickness of the particles added to the material.
BRUSHING
Brushing is a type of finish that can be applied exclusively to metallic objects, on flat surfaces.
This type of finish gives the product an opaque shine and a pattern of fine parallel lines.
DIAMOND
This is a less common type of finish compared to others, but it is very eye-catching. It is carried out after a machining process.
The effect obtained is different depending on how the light affects the surface of the prototype with this finish, or from which perspective the object is viewed.
WATER TRANSFER
Applicable on any type of material, through this technique is adhered on the piece a design that is on the water.
Previously it is necessary to treat the prototype to improve its adherence. Once ready, it is immersed in the water that contains the design, which envelops the piece.
LINED AND UPHOLSTERED
It consists in coating the pieces with a layer of another material, different from the one of the piece itself.
In upholstery, the coating is made with textiles, while in linings other types of material are contemplated, such as canvas or various types of plastic.
MOULD FINISHING
Applied in plastic pieces, this is the copying of texturized that are made in the final serial mould. It can be obtained with different technologies.
